Short description

I am a senior researcher. I completed my masters’ degree in medical psychology and, subsequently, my PhD research into the cognitive functioning of patients with a brain tumor at Tilburg University and the Elisabeth-Tweesteden hospital. After that, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at Tilburg University at the department of Cognitive Neuropsychology. Since June 2020, I have been working at the Multidisciplinary Specialist Centre for Brain Injury and Neuropsychiatry, GGZ Oost Brabant. The focus of my research is on the cognitive, emotional and behavioral consequences of brain injury, with social cognition and psychiatric problems as key elements.
